چکیده

The skin acts as a physical and physiological barrier, thereby protecting the body from various environmental components stimuli. Cell-free supernatants (CFS) derived probiotics can improve functions retain moisture. In this study, to assess efficacy of CFS Ligilactobacillus salivarius Limosilactobacillus fermentum, we investigated barrier strengthening moisturizing effects in keratinocytes along with their antibacterial effects. We also determined adhesive on colorectal cells. To confirm improvements moisturization function mediated by keratinocytes, hyaluronic acid (HA) production, mRNA expression HA synthases (HAS)2, HAS3, FLG were measured. results showed that L. MG242 fermentum MG901 increased these genes production (2.40- 1.95-fold control). Additionally, inhibited growth S. aureus E. coli, demonstrating inhibitory against harmful pathogens observed skin. These indicate use may increase elimination potential pathogens.

Comprehensive analysis of zinc derivatives pro-proliferative, anti-apoptotic and antimicrobial effect on human fibroblasts and keratinocytes in a simulated, nutrient-deficient environment in-vitro

Zinc as therapeutic agent in skin and wound care has been known for centuries, but its role is controversial and comprehensive investigations in nutrient-deficient environments are lacking. We aimed to provide a broad analysis of different zinc derivatives on proliferation, apoptosis and antimicrobial properties in a simulated nutrient-deficient environment in-vitro. Human fibroblasts (CRL2522)...

Induction of Apoptosis in Human Leukemia Cell Line (HL60) by Animal’s Venom Derived Peptides (ICD-85)

Our previous studies revealed an inhibitory effect of ICD-85 (Venom derived peptides) on breast cancer cell line MDA-MB231. ICD-85 was also confirmed by in-vivo studies to suppress the breast tumor in mice. However, the exact mechanism of ICD-85 was unknown. Hence, the present study was undertaken to assess the mechanism of ICD-85 effect as an anti-proliferative agent of cancer cells. The effec...

The Effect of Human Platelet-Rich Plasma on Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation

Background: The cultured mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) have been used in many clinical trials however, there are still some concerns about the cultural conditions. One concern is related to the use of FBS as a widely used xenogeneic supplement in the culture system. Human platelet-rich plasma (hPRP) is a candidate replacement for FBS. In this study, the effect of hPRP on MSC proliferation and os...
